Pizza Como/ 50 Yard line

I ordered from here recently as I have been for years and thought this may be an ideal place to review since I have been a customer for several years.
Now, being as how I have been a customer for a long time you may believe I love this place but this is case of a love hate relationship.
I like their food when they get my order right, aside from the one time I got hair in my cheesesteak. 
Why I eat here is simple, they make my favorite chicken cheesesteak in the area and (this is the biggie) they have waffle fries that are seasoned - somewhat like a curly fry is and that is a must for me with my cheese steak. I cannot stand plan fries.
Now, I prefer the fries without cheese but they typically put melted cheese on them which makes them soggy , I always order them without the cheese - do I always get them that way? No.
I have enjoyed just about everything I order from here, but my favorite is the chicken cheese steak and waffle fries. 
Now the downside - plain and simple, the employees. They are nice and friendly enough I suppose but are they efficient? No, not by a long shot. Back in the day they were not horrible but I think business is very good for them judging by the growth and constant packed miniature parking lot ( since I never eat there and just need to pick up food I started parking behind them in McDonalds and walking around which makes life so much easier) so they have to staff up, they seem to have more people behind the counter then they need. Someone needs to tell them - Quality over Quantity is a motto they need to practice. They need just a couple Quality employees instead of the mob of morons they have there. I think the delivery guys answer the calls or are the ones to take your order when you want delivery that might explain the huge issues every single time I call in to place and order. Such as they never update my phone number, I always have to give them a number from 4 years ago other wise I have to start from scratch and give them my address which I tried once and they put it in wrong and it took me over a hour to get my food which then was cold in addition to being incorrect. 
So, you see my frustration. I love this place but they need to pull it together, oh and have the cooks wear hair nets. seriously. 
On my scale of 1-10 with 10 being amazing, I give them (overall ) a 7.5 if they got people who work there that can take an order right and give you what you asked for the way you asked for it then they would be a 9.
